[AccessD] Does API Playsound plays MP3/WMA to?

Berichthmmmm... I did not realize there is a problem. I will dig into the code tomorrow and let you all know. it is a pretty old db and I have since modified that part, but I rmember Playsound to work with mp3 as well as wav. too late today.

    it does play MP3
    have not tried WMA however

      Does anyone know if the PlaySound API library also plays MP3/WMA files or only WAV?
      I like to use this API for reasons of speed. It plays files instantly with any load delay, which is crucial for my app.
      And for not beeing a control that needs to be installed on a pc.
