Ohhhhh... sorry, I no longer use Zonealarm. I guess I should ask this again though. I stopped using Zonealarm about two years ago when I finally broke down and bought a router for my home office. The router has a "firewall" in it and so I didn't see much sense (nor any pings any more). Are you guys using Zonealarm on computers inside a router / firewall, and if so are you seeing pings from outside the hardware firewall getting through? John W. Log control settings not preserved on upgrade from 2.6 When upgrading from ZoneAlarm 2.6 to ZoneAlarm 3.7, log control settings are returned to defaults. Latest version is 3.7.211 You may have turned them off. From main control panel click on Alerts and Logs then Main Tab rather than log viewer Expand to full screen other wise you may not see advanced tab Click on advanced tab to see location path of logs or if the log files have been turned off If you turn them on you may get a quick 20 M taken up by these files.
