[AccessD] max number of controls

...I do the tab/subform thing automatically myself ...but as Charlotte
pointed out, I hit it in a report where I was trying to be a bit fancy with
lines and such ...once you hit it, the form/report is simply dead, nothing
you can do but create a new form ...drove me bonkers the first time until I
found a reference to it on Dev's site :(
