[AccessD] WAY OT: Outlook Express Rules

Wold that be a case of Client-Side Versus Server-Side rules?

If your rule tries to move mail into a folder that is not on the Exchange
Server but rather in a PST file then it will be a Client-Side rule, in which
case Outlook must be running for the rule to take effect. Server-Side rules
run on the server, so you PC does not even need to be power up for them to
run.
