[AccessD] Accent Marks Needed

That's why I suggested creating the text Word and copy/pasting into Access.

The onl;y alternative I know of is using  Alt+xxxx ie
Alt + 0224 = à  etc.  You will need to look at CharacterMap to get the 
codes for the various letters.
