[AccessD] ODBC Connection Information Not Showing in ODBC Data Sources

Operating System Windows NT 4.0

A LAN Admin has installed an Oracle ODBC Driver for RDB and the
installation says the driver has installed successfully.  Looking in the
registry it show the driver is installed.  However when the user tries to
set up an actual connection the driver is not listed as being there.  This
is also happening with another user for Gupta's SQLBase Driver pack.
Anyone know of any solutions to make the driver appear in the as being
installed?
