/cmd AutoRun

to

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office 2000\Office\MSACCESS.EXE"
"E:\Sds\Clients\DDTolhurst\IressPricesDatabase\TestBatch.mdb"
/cmd "AutoRun"

One line, of course. A Space must separate the parts.
