[AccessD] Reports On top

Hi Mike
What I do in these cases is 
in the On Format or on open of the report have something like
Forms!frmMyReportCriteriaPopup.visible = false
then when you close or unload the report 
Forms!frmMyReportCriteriaPopup.visible = true
