[AccessD] Change the default form and report templates

Hi Nanette
Not sure if it's the same in the later versions but in A97 you can just
create a form called Normal within your MDB. Set the properties of the
textbox, label etc in the Toolbar on this form, save it and any new form
will adopt those properties.
