Hi Nanette, in A2k in the options you can 'tell' acces which form to use as a template. I do not know if that is the same for XP and 2003. I am not sure for reports either, and i do not have access running on this PC so i cannot check it for you. They make references to the My Workgroup Information file but don't tell you how to alter that file. If anyone has done this I would appreciate it. I'm so tired of making the exact same changes to every new form and report I create. I use Access XP and Access 2003.
