Hi Nanette,

in A2k in the options you can 'tell' acces which form to use as a template.
I do not know if that is the same for XP and 2003. I am not sure for reports
either, and i do not have access running on this PC so i cannot check it for
you.

Subject: [AccessD] Change the default form and report templates

Does anyone know of a way to change the Normal template that Access uses to
create forms and reports by replacing it with one of my own? I thought the
help screens told me I could do this by changing the template in the
System.mdw file but that didn't work. They make references to the My
Workgroup Information file but don't tell you how to alter that file. If
anyone has done this I would appreciate it. I'm so tired of making the
exact same changes to every new form and report I create. I use Access XP
and Access 2003.
