[AccessD] Form Question

I have an MDB where the boss needs everything but other user should be
blocked from 2 forms.

 

What I have been doing is making 2 MDBs and just deleting the 2 forms from
the second MDB.

 

If only these 2 users work with the data is there an easier way to do this?
