I had checked the Libraries and references but went back again figuring I
had missed something

I noticed that the main machine referenced Access Library 8.0 as being a
file called MS097.DLL
Whereas the users machine had this reference to a file called MS097rt.DLL

Changed it to be the same file and it all works fine.

Thanks again for the assistance I think I am getting to the can't see the
forest for the trees here at the moment.
