You can link to FileMaker Pro via ODBC that comes with FileMaker Pro.  It is
very frustrating and FMP is a piece of s*** application, but I've done it.
One key pitfall, and there are many, is that FMP must have the file open
that you are connecting to, otherwise the ODBC connection will fail.

Filemaker Pro claims to allow you to access it's data from other
applications using ODBC, but there is very little detail on their website.
I suspect the ODBC driver comes as part of their Development Package.

You could also try the Fielmaker Pro ODBC driver at
