Looks like JC isn't the only one who get's oddness added to his message
subjects.  The copy of Rocky's message I got didn't have the addition to
the subject line, but apparently Bobby's email added it on receipt.  On
my machine, it simply read "RE: [AccessD] OT:  Is My ASP Covered"
