[AccessD] Access 2003 Runtime license - global rights

Martin,

Thanks for the offer but I can't send the application outside of the
company due to proprietary financial information contained within.

The guys in Scotland have copies of the .mde  and everything seems OK but
they are running on limited basis. We are going to mass install after the
first of the year.

My main concern is the runtime licensing which appears vague to me.
