[AccessD] Reading DIF format (A97 etc)

Hi Groups

I have a task of processing a file in DIF format - Access does not seem
to have this as a filter type - is this correct?

I know Excel can read DIF files but I have hit the limit of 65,000
records.

Does anyone have experience of processing/importing DIF (large) files
into MS Access, Excel, SQL or other?
