[AccessD] OT: editable PDFs on website

Hi all, 
 
   We are building an ASP.NET website for a client.  This client has
several registration forms which they want to put on the site as
editable PDFs.  The idea is: from the web page, the registrant selects a
registration form.  The site then brings up the editable PDF which the
registrant fills out.  The PDF is then submitted to the client.  How do
