An excellent freebie package XSForms and XS Designer from grandasoft Check
it out at:

There are ton of pay ones too - go to www.devbuzz.com but grandasoft is
quite powerful. Quite frankly I do not know how they can offer their product
aux gratis...but hey don't look the ole gift horse in the mouth.
