Hi all

This should be announced to be free to use for students, developers, and small companies, as well as to distribute by ISVs with apps from these.
It's a normal 10g for 32/64 bit Linux/Windows limited to one processor, 1 GB ram, and 4 GB database size.

It is still in beta though ... whatever that is as 10g has been around for some time.
It's a 157 MB download.
