[AccessD] Stopping import of tables and queries from mde

Boy, I'd like to avoid Access security if possible. This is The Sleep
Advisor and it's going out on a self installing CD to consumers.

99 and 44/100ths of them won't have Access or any idea (or desire) to look
at the tables. But all of our output text is in the tables. And if someone
wanted to try a knockoff they could see some of the approach I used to do
the analysis and reporting. They could also get to all the text. It would
be copyright infringement but we'd have to take action to enforce it which
is a losing proposition.

So I'm just trying to add that extra layer of protection.

Rocky
