[AccessD] change field size in code

Thank you again, but I can guarantee you that I would throw up. I've only
done one conference and I promise you -- I will never do one again. Yes, I
did Okay -- got good responses on the evaluations, but it wasn't worth it.

I don't mind training in small classes and that's quite lucrative when I can
find it. :)

I suspect you would do very well at these things, the audiences are very
forgiving. After all, these aren't investors or lawyers :-).Of course guys
like Luke Chung and Ken Getz were very polished since they have been doing
this for so long but even the less polished speakers held everyone's
attention as long as there was some real meat in their presentations.
