[AccessD] OT file with PIC extension

The quicktime view did not work. 
Since there are at least 3 different file types in these folders  DRW,
WK1, and PIC.
I can open the WK1 with Excel. I will check with Supe to see if I need
to go on with this. I have several other things with higher priority
