[AccessD] OT - Progs Using Internet Connection

Hardware firewalls, as in your router, aren't enough.  You still need a
software firewall to protect you from nasties that phone home.

Thanks all.  I already had a firewall in my router so didn't want to 
upset that by installing another one.  I went for Erwin's suggestion.
