[AccessD] Gaining Exclusive Access

I understand that Access offers much in security. However, I really only
want one special item: If I need to get exclusive access to the database
(for programming purposes, for example), I want to be able to boot any
current users out of the database. What is the easiest way to build this
into the system? The problem is that some users have the habit of locking
their computers when they go to meetings, which is a good thing, but they
have accessed the database before leaving, which is not a good thing. It is
currently a simple one-file .mdb.

TIA.
