Just want to make sure on which type of digital signature you want There is the jpeg image capture of a handwritten signature. Like the one you enter signing for a UPS package. This uses MS InkEdit Controls. or a digital signature via a purchased or generated digital certificate a la Verisign One problem I have found, is installing digital certificates for programs into the users machine certificate cache on locked down networks.
