Hi All,

Could you please advise is there somewhere a free tool to fulfill the 
subject task?
I need to convert just one form, fill it, print it and snail mail - 
therefore free solution is preferable.

If anybody has commercial tool and can help me to convert the .pdf form to 
.doc format please write me privately.

I have heard that MS Word 12 is able to import .pdf forms? Is that true?
