[AccessD] Coordinating use of space on report

Thanks, Arthur.  Yes, I think that will be a solution.  It's just that 
the arithmetic will be a bit imprecise, as the number of available 
characters depends on the relative number of W's and m's in the dat, 
compared with the number of i's and l's.
