[AccessD] Initial value of an ANPK

You just create an append query Arthur and set the ANPK's field to one less 
than you want the first value to be -- just open a fixed query in Design 
view, choose Append from the Query menu, specify the table... run it.

Open the table, delete the record you just appended.
