[AccessD] Form examples

Do you have a source for attractive forms, main menus, etc.? When you want 
to design one, but are stuck for just how it should look, sometimes just 
seeing another's work can give you an idea. I don't mean a form to copy 
and use necessarily; even pictures of them could be useful.
