[AccessD] 64-bit?

The little research I've done on this makes it appear that you can't 
develop Access apps within 64-bit Windows, and have them usable by Access 
in a 32-bit environment. Is that true? I have no experience with the 
64-bit environment, so have no personal knowledge of it.
