[AccessD] Macro to export query records to Excel

Does anyone know how to write a macro to export query records to MS Excel  
and have the Access macro open the Excel file?   I know I've asked  this 
question once before but I got VB code and I don't know VB, so please  excuse the 
fact that I am a novice at this....I thank you in advance for any  help that this 
list extents me.
