Doris, I think you can use the 'TransferSpreadsheet' in a macro and just fill out the info at the bottom. On the next line of the macro use 'RUNAPP' and at the bottom(command line) enter: excel.exe C:\temp\myspreadsheet.xls replace the path with the path to your file you created. Good Luck, Mark A.
