For your information:
Just installed Office 2007 and apparently 2007 uses a different key for
the Briefcase Reconciler.
As I don't like using any Access database synchronisation when using
briefcase to take MDB files with me on my laptop.
Access 200-2003
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{CC2C83A6-9BE4-11D0-98E7-00C04FC2CAF5}
Access 2007
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{FE9CDADA-F510-49E7-B176-A2304EF2901D}
Removing this key will avoid the Briefcase converting MDB files to
synchronised (record level) files and just copies them normaly.
I hope I saved some people time with this :-)
