[AccessD] Option Explicit Statement

Because M$ makes some bad decisions "occasionally". :-\

IMHO there is no good reason not to have this option in force.

Why isn't the "Require Variable Declaration" option set "on" by default?

I have yet to find a good reason to not have it turned on - can anyone tell
me one?
