[AccessD] Export Outlook folder to Access

I thought that because Outlook could export email to Access so easily,
manually, that there'd be a simple export method, but I'm not finding it. Do
I really have to map each field to an Access table? When doing this
manually, Outlook lets you map, but you don't have to -- so seems like there
ought to be a more streamlined process in VBA too. 

I'm going hunting, but if anyone knows how to do this without running a loop
to map each field for each record, I'd be glad for some direction.
