I was just pointing you to a place for your questions. If there is a
"critical mass" for a new list then I'm sure John will discuss it with
all involved to make it happen.

But yea, tech is for anything that doesn't have it's own list at the
moment. Just like OT is for all Off Topic discussions.

I think Johns e-mail was in response to a post asking about and ASP or
ASP.net list.
