[AccessD] Loud and obnoxious beeps

It is looking like it might be a windows "sound scheme" issue, and fixed by
selecting "no sound" scheme.

Sounds like a keyboard issue.  Did you mistakenly employ sound from your
keyboard?  Easy to do on a notebook computer when you don't' mean to!

Suddenly Windows is emitting totally obnoxious beeps in all kinds of
different programs, things like backspace when there is no place to
backspace to, whenever messages pop up etc.

No idea why but it didn't do that prior to yesterday.  And no, I cannot
remember doing anything to cause it, nor any install etc.

Heeeeelp, I'm going crazy being beeped at.
