Richard: I use PrimoPDF - a free pdf printer - installs like a printer, works real well if I just want to generate a PDF from an Access report. You can either preview the report then Ctrl-P to bring up the print dialog box and select PrimoPDF, or set PrimoPDF as the default printer. But for a more automated solution to generate a PDF and email I used Lebans' Snapview to PDF http://www.lebans.com/reporttopdf.htm and then emailed the reports that were generated right our of the module. It requires 2 dlls to be present in the same folder with the front end but you don't have to register them so it's pretty simple.
