[AccessD] Access Requests

Just thought of a couple of things that would be real nice:
 
The ability to see a list of the bookmarks that have been set and all
breakpoints set in a project. Using those lists we could just directly to
the location that is of interest. At least right now we can walk through the
list of bookmarks in sequence, but the only way to get to a breakpoint is to
have the code execution reach it.
