No problem, it's good that you did point out the fact that SP involves a
laborious process because it does (it involves a thorough knowledge of
Windows Server 2003, Active Directory, SQL server 2000/20005, ASP.NET and
javascript) if you wanted to deploy it on your own system.

an "in addition to."

I don't know enough about either SP or OL, so whether a SP hosted solution
would be more efficient that Office Live, I couldn't say -- just putting it
out there.

If I sounded pushy, I apologize -- certainly didn't mean to.
