Rocky, If you search help for printer and 'clunkety-clunk'...you will find./.... Just kidding...on your report...if you goto file/page setup/page...do you have size as 'Envelope #10' ? Also, what is the orientation? I didn't have clunkety-clunk...but for mine to print correctly...I had to select 'Envelope #10' as size and choose the orientation landscape.
