[AccessD] Data Access Pages

Thanks Stuart.  That was pretty much what I thought - don't recommend them.

1. You can't use Firefox or any otther browser apart from IE.
2. Using IE, you frequently run into problems with content blocking.
3. It creates *bloated* HTML
4. You can run into problems with different version of Office Web components
on different client machines.

and the biggie....

5. They are no longer supported in Office 2007
