Apart from the re-training of many of the staff members where I work, we would have to replace/upgrade just about every PC in the place (and there are thousands and thousands of them). This would be a massive expense that cannot be justified right now. Then there is the issue of compatibility, especially having to get existing VBA driven apps checked to ensure the functionality is still working... Frankly there is little to be gained and much to be risked at this point. What is the benefit of upgrading? - not one that is convincing enough to be consider it. -----Original Message----- From: accessd-bounces at databaseadvisors.com [mailto:accessd-bounces at databaseadvisors.com]On Behalf Of Susan Harkins Sent: Tuesday, 18 November 2008 1:56 AM To: Access Developers discussion and problem solving Subject: Re: [AccessD] OT: Survey It does appear that people are slow to upgrade this time -- more so than any other that I can remember.
