[AccessD] Importing XML into Access 03 or 07

Our department hosts this Technology & Homeland Security Forum every year...it is at the Niagara Falls Casino this year, next month. This is my first year of any involvement other than "one of the department employees." The woman who did this, in the past, posted a registration form, on our web site (http://www.niagaracounty.com/docs/registrationform.pdf) that she created using "Adobe LiveCycle Designer 8.0" This information is received by us, usually, via email, in the format of the following...actually, I'll place it at the end...
 
Each single email contains XML data for one single user. She was importing these, somehow, into Excel. Excel would be fine, although, I'd prefer Access. I know how to import each of these one at a time, but there are about 250 of these and I'd like to import them all at once if I could. 
 
Any ideas?
