[AccessD] SPAM-LOW: Access-D Desktop

How do I open it to make changes.  When I installed it, it ran for about 5
seconds and before I could  do anything, it had exited  leaving stuff on my
screen. There is nothing in the Start/Prgms under BGInfo or Sysinternals.
How do I access it again.
