[AccessD] Moderator Message

...I'm with the wondrous (OK, nefarious) JC on this

...as one of those responsible for initially splitting the lists, I remember 
that bandwidth was a major driver since so many of our members were still on 
dial up ...splitting the lists allowed them to get only the Access related 
posts without having to dl the rest over 56kb connections.

...that is no longer the case

...the current board ought to consider reintegrating some of the lists 
...not OT ...but others with low traffic.

...JC is, unfortunately, right about the list being dead far too often these 
days.

...and John, this is not a hit on you ...you're just doing your job and I 
appreciate just how well you do it.
