[AccessD] Multimonitor toolbar

Beautiful!  It also adds an icon at the top right of each window next to the
minimize button to send the window back and forth between the monitors.

I just found this, WAY COOL!  It puts a toolbar at the bottom of the second
monitor that displays the icons for the programs being displayed on the
second monitor.

How come no one told me about this?
