Hi Darren, Theoretically - Yes! Practically - Maybe! In Outlook, go to Options | Calendar Options | Free Busy Options. Do an internet search for 'Outlook 2003 Free Busy' or something similar. You'll get a number of good hits. I used to be able to use this when I had a web site that allowed an html connection. But now that I have a web site which only allows ftp transfers, I can't get it to work. If it works for you, tell us how! Good Luck!
