[AccessD] Office 2007 initialization

Access2003 - Access 2007 is taking about 2 minutes 40 seconds on my virtual machine on my laptop. 
t7200 dual core 2 ghz with 4 gigs of ram.  One gig and one cpu assigned to the vm.
