[AccessD] Scrum and C#

Yes, C# 2008 Express could be a solution - I can compile classlib DLLs using VS2008 Prof. and deliver to the team members who will use C# 2008 Express. Then they can work with FE part of project. The only(?) open question for such development environment applicability for our test project - does C# 2008 Express allow to design .NET ReportViewer control reports or not?
